All publication details, deliverables, timelines, and formats are confirmed in writing before work begins.

3. Payments

• All media and publication services must be paid in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Accepted payment methods include bank transfer, card payments, or authorized online gateways.

• Prices displayed exclude applicable taxes and third-party gateway charges.

• Delayed payments may affect publication timelines.

• Once a draft, article, or publication deliverable is prepared or delivered, payments are final.

4. Billing Declaration

By subscribing to any media plan, feature placement package, or recurring service, the client agrees to automatic billing as per the selected cycle (Monthly, Quarterly, Bi-Annual, or Annual).

All payments must be made within the agreed billing period.

5. Cancellation Policy

• Clients may request cancellation at least 7 days before the next billing cycle.

• If an article, draft, PR, or publication has been created or scheduled, cancellations do not apply.

• Deliverables may be rescheduled or adjusted upon mutual agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to:

• Provide accurate and verified brand information required for publication.

• Ensure that all materials shared (content, images, links, brand data) are genuine and do not violate copyright or third-party rights.

• Approve drafts, edits, and publication details in a timely manner.

• Understand that delays on their side may affect final publishing timelines.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

• All drafts, articles, visuals, and documents created by The Neosyne LLC-FZ remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.

• After payment, clients receive usage rights for their published deliverables.

• With client approval, the Company may use anonymized results or general outcomes for portfolio or case-study purposes.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality regarding shared information, documents, and communications.

Confidential information will only be disclosed when legally required.

We take all reasonable measures to protect client data.

9. Deliverables & Publishing Limitations

• All publications and media placements are subject to the editorial guidelines of the respective news portals.

• Neosyne reserves the right to decline content containing misleading, unethical, illegal, or unverifiable claims.

• Final publishing decisions lie with third-party media outlets.

• We do not guarantee results such as traffic, rankings, or sales, as these depend on external factors.

• Revisions required due to client-provided errors may result in additional timelines.

10. Limitation of Liability

The Neosyne LLC-FZ shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential damages resulting from publication

• Delays caused by third-party news portals

• Rejections due to editorial standards

• Losses arising from incorrect information provided by the client

• Business outcomes influenced by external market factors

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service.

11. Third-Party Services

Publishing and distribution may involve independent media outlets, editors, and partner networks.

While we work exclusively with trusted platforms, we are not responsible for independent editorial decisions, delays, or rejections made by third-party portals.

12. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be reflected on this page with the revised “Last Updated” date.

Continued use of our website or services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
