Our dispute rate is extremely low because we always deliver the service first and share the payment link only after the client has reviewed and confirmed satisfaction with the article or publication. Since the client pays only after full approval, the chances of any dispute are minimal.

However, in the rare event that a dispute does occur, our company’s approach is simple….we prioritize relationships and client trust above all. We believe in maintaining 100% transparency, and if a client raises any concern or dispute, we immediately process a full refund without hesitation.

Our policy is clear and straightforward: client satisfaction comes first. Therefore, there is practically no scope for disputes. In any unforeseen situation, we prefer refunding the client rather than compromising on trust, goodwill, or long-term relationships.
